  I had my picture taken here.. the quality wasn't as good as I thought it would've been.. the cashier, she was really nice but the guy who took my picture meh.. it was an ok experience with ok pictures..

  Should’ve gone to Print City first. Good for TopUp and definently not for shirt printing. I went to them every two weeks for TopUp and they never failed in that (at least). This week my school had Shirt Signing and I went to them with a few friends to get a few custom designs on our shirts to make mine even more special. Two of us hadn’t finished out designs. I sent them the next day, but less than 18 hours later. They said they couldnt take them as they had already set and printed artwork for thewords. I thought fantastic, and couldn’t wait to see what they did the next day. When I arrived a bit early the next day, they said to come back later since they were printing it at that moment. I thought that was strange since they said it had already been printed and I assumed the extra day was for drying. Turns out they didn’t make any effort. Typed my words in Times New Roman and simply printed it on, a job I could’ve done $23 cheaper and in 3 minutes instead of 3 days. It wasn’t just me either, for half of my friends they missed whole pictures and even mistyped words. Deliberated with them and asked for a refund or a redo with the designs I had sent almost two days earlier, they said they wouldnt refund the original and would charge me for any new shirts. Very dissapointed since I thought they’d at least have frequent customer appreciation, but it turns out they dont’t. They take your money, botch the job, then charge you if you want it redone properly.
