::Should’ve gone to Print City first. Good for TopUp and definently not for shirt printing. I went to them every two weeks for TopUp and they never failed in that (at least). This week my school had Shirt Signing and I went to them with a few friends to get a few custom designs on our shirts to make mine even more special. Two of us hadn’t finished out designs. I sent them the next day, but less than 18 hours later. They said they couldnt take them as they had already set and printed artwork for thewords. I thought fantastic, and couldn’t wait to see what they did the next day. When I arrived a bit early the next day, they said to come back later since they were printing it at that moment. I thought that was strange since they said it had already been printed and I assumed the extra day was for drying. Turns out they didn’t make any effort. Typed my words in Times New Roman and simply printed it on, a job I could’ve done $23 cheaper and in 3 minutes instead of 3 days. It wasn’t just me either, for half of my friends they missed whole pictures and even mistyped words. Deliberated with them and asked for a refund or a redo with the designs I had sent almost two days earlier, they said they wouldnt refund the original and would charge me for any new shirts. Very dissapointed since I thought they’d at least have frequent customer appreciation, but it turns out they dont’t. They take your money, botch the job, then charge you if you want it redone properly.
