  Disappointed E.H C could not provide my windows at this particular period Almost always impressed with the staff commitment and sense of ownership It's like 'E.H we don't need u on site.We can take care of business so get out of our way' Great for the business But ofcourse the staff has stress too yet relations are still very good

  Go to Raffoul's instead, the customer service at E H Charles does not compare - they may have a variety but my goodness the for the poor customer service I would take any alternative at Raffoul's in Pottersville!
